Trident Help! No water sample even though the cuvette fills with water..

Hi all!

Ive been trying to troubleshoot my trident. I keep getting the "no water sample" message even though I physically see the cuvette fill and empty out. Ive restarted, rebooted, cleaned, plugged, unplugged, and nothing changes. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
