Weird Single “Bounce” Mushroom

I’ve had this regular red mushroom for more than a decade. I gave most away but retained two. Anyway, I’ve never seen this happened until recently — can the Sunkist Bounce “bounce” its way to another adjacent regular mushroom? Check out the single bubble on that bad boy!

Normal? Have you seen this?

These are the regular rhodactis mushrooms I got at my LFS (left). And after 6 months in my tank (right). Color difference is due to different Radion settings. Some "bounced" - some didn't. Wish I knew what I was doing to encourage this!

I wish I could get them to bounce. I put some on a basket super close to the light for a while and nothing happened lol.
