Apex fusion and new mobile phone

Hello,
Any idea how to transfer the data from one mobile phone to another? The apex fusion app was transferred on my new mobile, I can login but it is as if I am connecting a new sky led. Am afraid to loose all programming done in the app... hope there is a solution...
