Bought a 75 gallon reef ready from FBMP. It cam with a stand and 40 g breeder turned sump.

It has not been setup and is sitting in the shed while I collect initial pieces needed for setup. I came to the realization that wife and I have discussed painting the room the tank is going in.

Guess I will be painting before I setup the tank!

The tank was up and running the day before I picked it up. But that is great advice to anyone buying a used tank.

So this is where we got this weekend. Cleaning the first wall. Decided we looked the top color but not the bottom color.

This may be one reason this project has been put off for so long. Now I have a tank for the room, it is time to make decisions! I think painting the wall helps to make those decisions.

We didn't like either color for the bottom ledge.
