Neptune trident won't power on.... I tried my spare trident and won't power up either

I Tried 2 different 1link cables and still no power on either trident...any ideas?

Well if the eb832 toasted the accessory power supply and standard aqua link cable will get you by for relatively cheap. It sounds like you lost dc24 from the eb832 to me though.

I have two EB 832s. I switched it over to the other one and everything works fine so it blew out those links on the first Eb832. SMH

If out of warranty there’s a few threads on here on how to replace/upgrade the eb832 to a meanwell power supply if that’s something you want to tackle. There’s also a guy here that does repairs, I forgot the username but fixreef I think is searchable

12v PSU on EB832 has nothing to do with 1link though
Tridents needs 24v to operate which it gets from EB832. You either damaged the 24v side of EB832 or the comm module.
Shameless plug: I can have it repaired for you if you want. Just let me know. But you are welcome to tinker with it yourself. Just wanted to let you know that it's not going to be the 12v PSU issue everyone talks about.
