What is this tiny creature?

I found this guy floating around my fish tank. It moves like a jelly fish, opening and closing to move around. It has a dark center and clear outer part.

Looks like a pod in the video

It doesn't entirely look like a hydroid - but I'd probably need to see a top down (a bit hard to figure out from the side).
