ZNAC. How, why and when?

Hi, guys. First thread, sorry any misspelling. Anyone uses ZNAC (reeflowers), and know about The product? When i dose, suggested by a retailler, I see crystal clear water. But I don`t understand The product, very hard to find information about it.

I would not use it. They seem to have a poor understanding of chemistry based on their web site for this similar product:
