Definitely the alk. That’s higher than pure kalk. I don’t know if that’s actually true, but wow, 17 alk, how did that happen?

That alk is in PPM, so actually like 9.5 dkh right?

164ppm is 8.8 dkh. That's down from where it had been: 180 ppm or 9.7 dkh.

Ppm times .054 = dkh
Ppm time .016 (or something like that) = meq/l

169ppm ALK is 9.46 dKH.

The conversion number is * .056.

I've used the ppm Hanna for more than 10 years now. I now let Fusion do the math for me when testing. Plugging 169 into fusion gives the same 9.46 dKH.

Sorry, I just assumed 16.9 DKH. Not used to seeing PPM
All good. Happens often. I usually post the conversation too.

Snap, you're right. Also I misread the picture and thought 164.

At least I'm (lately) mostly stable even if the math is wrong.

An absolutely terrible first picture of my replacement frag that I received a week ago. I’ll update the picture when the halides are on but I had to get this done after work before my one week from recital deadline
