Bubble tip anemone doesn't have its arms

Hi my bubble tip anenome was good for 6 months now it tentacles are tucked and it's been 3 weeks now since the arms opened. I need help please I'm doing a large water change to see if that helps. Anything help please.

I honestly have never seen this and I’ve kept bubble tips for a long time. I’m not sure what it is, but would love to know your water parameters to help narrow it down. Also what is your lighting ? What is different between the no arms anemone and the one next to it? Age? Type? Etc…

Is that a bta? Looks like the same thing as what's next to it. If that one is ok, I wouldn't do anything to dramatic
