Hi All,

I know leather corals don’t have stingers / sweepers but this thing throws out these 2 things every night. Every day it’s big luscious and green lol so to me it’s healthy. Is this something else? I can’t see anything under the coral and they seem to be coming straight out of the coral themselves. Any ideas?

I know right, I feel like an idiot hahaha but I can not see a pest on it at all it’s almost as if they are stingers! :face-with-spiral-eyes:
Have you considered gently brushing with a soft bristle toothbrush?

Your leather looks pretty healthy but I had one recently that had a small piece that was rotting. I think my BTA stung it. I gently brushed the piece off with a toothbrush and it was back to open and happy the next day.

If the “sweepers” concern you maybe that’s the easier way to go.

Thankyou if this doesn’t work I’ll give it a go. It’s been nice and happy lately so it’s killing me to disturb it
