Looking for Frozen Fish Food made in Florida

Some years ago I was purchasing some frozen fish food made and packaged by a guy in Florida but I can't for the life of me remember his name or the website. I remember the food smelled strongly of garlic and the fish loved it. I even recall watching a video of how he made the food. He recommended putting the food frozen in a mesh "pocket" to let the fish pick at it rather than defrosting and feeding all at once. Obviously a much smaller operation than Larry's. I wanted to add this food back into my rotation but I can't locate him anymore. Does anyone know what I'm talking about that can point me in the right direction?
