Recommendation to parboil on internet. This reduces gytomitrin. This a a different type than found in Alaska evidently.

the trick is to tighten the heat break into the heat block, then tighten the nozzle into the heat block. (it shouldnt go all the way because it should back-up against the heat-break. Mind the gap.
Ideally you'll do all this tightening when its at 260 ish. or hotter then you print. Good luck not getting burnt...

It appears to be working! A few test prints to dial in my z offset and I'll try something bigger. This was on new filament so maybe the filament is wonky. It's one of those tricolor silk pla's. The first test print was a turtle and it was perfect.

I'm still shocked I got all the things back together, with no spare parts even!

This was the first print of this filament, the next one failed.

My first battlebox was shipped to the hub, since at the time Amazon was crippling the UPS deliveries and making them unreliable for live orders, and now that USPS has taken the brunt of it, UPS is back to normal.

But in the mess of Adam's current workload, we missed that detail to ship to the house. BUT, it is safely waiting at the hub for me. 2 hour round trip BUT SO WORTH IT. Always checking the tracking helped me figure this out early.

Also, please someone stop me from buying a dang blue clam i saw at the LFS yesterday.....

Now I need to but on actual pants.

Mess? I see "occupied child while getting corals in the tank" time.

Now it's time to listen to the clean up song, my daughter helps clean up afterwards. It's part of the game.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
