My tank is about 4 months old. I have a Picasso clownfish that’s been in my tank for about 3 months. She’s about 1-2 years old and has never had a pair. I decided to get a Wyoming White clown to give her a friend yesterday. He is much smaller than her and hasn’t had a pair either yet. He’s not even a year old. When they were first introduced, they started going at each instantly and seemed mildly aggressive. After a few minutes they chilled out a little bit and started swimming around, but would keep going at each other every few minutes very aggressively. Should I keep them together for a little while longer or cut my losses separate them altogether at this point? Any advise is very helpful!!

If the newcomer is eating and not just cowering in the corner, I would let it go on. Maybe she just likes it a little rough;-)
