Hey Reefers! Lets talk Fiji Yellow Leathers!
This beloved soft coral disappeared from accessibility over 6 years ago when exportation from Fiji was closed in early 2018.
Thankfully, after a long awaited hiatus, they are back and possibly better than ever! Their BRIGHT, yellow, fleshy, curly bodies look best under intense white lighting, and plenty of flow! Showing off that incredible yellow shine, and thousands of polyps is a must have for every reefer! Easily one of the most desirable colors to obtain in a reef!
Due to the amazing work done by Walt Smith and his team, Fiji and their yellow leathers are now open for export (and hopefully here to stay)! Find out about Walt and his work in Fiji HERE!
