(ALL GONE)
I'm moving across the country in a couple months and am having to break down my tank. Now that I have unloaded a decent chunk of my corals, I'm starting to sell off my fish and inverts.
I'm happy to be super transparent, as I'd like these fish and inverts to go to fellow hobbyists...
Hello everyone, unfortunately I’m downsizing and have to get rid of some of my tanks.
I have a 210 gallon dual overflow with gloss black stand Live rock/sand, E shopps rs300 sump, Red sea reefer rsk-900 protein skimmer, wave makers, AquaMaxx TS-2 Sulfur Denitrator, 3 hygger 30 watt lights...
Hawaiian Chevron Tang about 7 years old, 6-7 inches, eats amazing and always out. Would much rather sell locally in California but I would consider shipping.
Was originally a rescue but been healthy in my care for awhile, extremely rare fish, price reflects condition.
I wanna get a yellow mimic tang for my fowlr but i read that many people have no luck keeping them cause they drop dead from cyanide poisoning. Particularly the ones from the Philippines. How do i know if the fish was caught using cyanide? Will they show signs of cyanide poisoning in the lfs...
Hey everyone, I hope all you are doing well. As I said in the title I would love to keep an angelfish, a butterfly and a tang if possible. And I am not planning on getting a bigger tank. My tank is 80W x 42D x 65 cm. Here is the list of the fish that I am interested in getting. Pls note that i...
Hey everyone,
Alright so I have a 10” blue spine unicorn tang. I’ve had him for a while and eats out of my hand. He’s in my 310g which I plan to add a big blonde Naso and 4-5 other smaller tangs. (Achilles, gem, purple, blue hippo, maybe white tail)
I have someone interested in buying the...
Please text me 313-268-3195 for videos..

This Bristletooth is one of the calmest, kindest fish I’ve owned and extremely non territorial.
Unfortunately, this did not work well with my Gem Tang.
The Gem was bullying him, but given some time alone and he should heal his fins.
He’s a gorgeous fish and extremely non-aggressive. I’m...
Getting:
Grey smooth hound shark
I have a few questions, hoping you guys could answer.
1. How aggressive are they?
2 what, and how often do you feed yours?
3. How much lbs of rock can I put in, and how should I scape it, ex: all on back wall, or piled on bottom…?
4. $500 for a 12” one a...
Hello everyone,
bubble algae is starting to take over my tank :(
I have reduced feeding already, introduced 3 emerald crabs, started removing manually but its still spreading like a weed
I would love to introduce a fish to combat it but I only have a reefer 170 so cant get a fox face or...
I have a small desjardini I’m looking to find a new tank for. He keeps getting picked on in mine and it’s just not worth it to keep trying anymore. I’d rather him not get beat up to death. Local pick up or I will ship it at buyers expense
Hi, I have a Tomini Tang and I want to start using pellets to get the tang used to pellet food when I go on vacation in 2 weeks. What pellet foods do you recommend? I've been feeding "new life spectrum thera a small" to my tank, but my tang won't even bother to eat it (maybe because it's small...
Hi everyone,
Wanted to say hello and show off my tank a little.
I run a 90 gallon tank with a sps and lps mixed reef.
My favorite fish is my yellow tang. My fiancé named him bubbles. We also have 2 blue hippo tangs and 1 scopas tang in there.
And no there is no aggression they each have...
Due to some aggression in my tank I am in need of rehoming a Scopas Tang. Huge bummer as it's a beautiful fish. I currently have the scopas in the empty refugium section of my sump where it can also enter into the skimmer section (skimmer is off) and uses the skimmer to hide behind. The tang is...
Paracanthurus hepatus is a fish of many (common) names. It is frequently called Blue Tang, a name that causes some confusion as it shares this moniker with a Caribbean surgeonfish from another genus. It's also called Palette Tang because its pattern looks something like the palette an artist...
I purchased 2 tangs from my LFS yesterday they were both in the same tank and doing beyond well in said tank. They’d been quarantined in the store for a month and I had gone to see them a few times this past week deciding on the purchase and every time I went in the tangs and tank looked...

I currently have a 20g (not a long), and am thinking about upgrading to a 180 and using my current one as a quarantine tank since I already have it. I'd like to get a Tang or two, but I'm not sure if you can keep them in a QT tank that small for the 30+ days required to medicate them.
Greetings everyone,
So by the title, you already know we’re currently in a fallow… (80 day mark is set for 12/21) So hopefully I can start re-adding back my fish from QT and no more issues pop up again…
First tank background, I have a 96”x36”x30” main display and a plumbed in 6ft/140g ish frag...
What kind of tang is this?
It came in on a shipment with no name
I was guessing maybe a bristletooth of some sort or maybe a juvenile yellowfin tang?
Thanks!
Super healthy, originally purchased quarantined, eats great, never shown any signs of disease, and doesn't harass other fish. Changed my mind and I'm now open to shipping. I just shipped my Goldflake Angel, and it was a good outcome for fish, buyer, and me.

Hello,
I have a 300 gallon FOWLR. It has baby horn shark (it’ll be moved to a 500 gallon in a year or 2), a 5 inch miniatus grouper, a Niger trigger, a powder brown tang, a blue ribbon eel, a clown that came with the tank who holds his own well, and a 4 inch hi fin snapper. Everyone’s been...
