Well as expected my BTA has decided to up and move last night. It has placed it’s self right up against a DS torch. Is there anyway I can kindly encourage it to move? I know the BTA will out sting the torch.

or am I better off breaking the torch off an relocating?

Thanks in advance

Anemones move to find their ideal spot. You can try to move them to a spot that YOU like, but they will probably move again. You also run the risk of injuring the foot when you try and move them.

If you are worried, I would move the torch.

That’s what I figured, wasn’t sure if there was any way to encourage it to move. Certainly not going to mess with the foot for any reason. It had a nice spot for around a month or so it had climbed up to but changed its mind haha

Best way to get a BTA to move is point a powerhead in its direction but if its up against your torch that would mean blasting the torch too which I wouldnt suggest. It would definitely be easier to just move the torch.

That was my thought too. A catch 22 for sure lol

I’ll move the torch during the water change today
