1 of 3 Kessil Lights not linking

So I have had 3 Kessil A360x lights over my tank for a little over a year. Recently one of the 3 is not staying linked using the cables. Every now and then I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and the light is on. Also it’s only showing 2 lamps on the controller. Any help appreciated!!

Call Kessil. You should have a 2 year warranty.

1. Replace the cable
2. Unplug and replug in the light with a good 15 second pause. same for controller.
3. If the light is on the end, try the other USB port
4. If the light is in the middle, then it’s more likely the cords and ports are just fine.
5. Try the Wi-Fi dongle
6. Clean them thoroughly
