Update 1.0
When I made my tank I didn't have enough experience in building such a large setup... I made lot of mistakes.
First it was almost stuck to a wall behind it so no way to pass a 1.25" pipe so I connected the pumps to a 3/4" silicone hose. Second I made a very small corner overflow box and at the bottom I installed 2 3/4" bulkheads.
I have 2 return pumps. The first is a reef octopus water bluster 12 000 L/H the second is 5 000 L/H.
So to solve this issues I had to move my tank 3cm away of the wall (wile it's full of water & equipments) and also to make a 1.25" new overflow drain hole.
I know it's crazy to make it in such way but the guy from the tank installation company who is also a very good friend insisted that it will be safe [emoji30]
So here's the pics of a really hectic day!
I still need to connect the pumps to the new fittings
So I hope this tiny overflow will contain the flow or I'll only run the 12000L pump and Keep the 5000 as a backup

This is the first part of the upgrade.
Thanks to the help of a great reefer that I was so lucky to live close by, but I'll have to disclose his name (he can uncover his ID if he wants) [emoji4]
We made the plumbings of the 12000 L/H with the water outlets. When we connected the pump to one 1.25" pipe the water start flying from the tank so we made a downgrade to an inch pipe with two 90 degrees elbows on the front and back of the tank.
As for the overflow, I now have 1.25" with a valve to control it and two 3/4". One of them is working as a security.

Lol just read this one.
In a community of 10 reefers that's no big secret :).
Was a pleasure!

Please advise...
What do you think about the piping...
Is it safe to connect an overflow directly to the chiller?
Thanks!
