Well, we'll see how this goes. I started a 4 hour print for the air lifter for my Tenecor Pico. I didn't use a brim and the walls are fairly skinny. It's almost 8" tall so it may or may not be a successful print without the brim.

Well, we'll see how this goes. I started a 4 hour print for the air lifter for my Tenecor Pico. I didn't use a brim and the walls are fairly skinny. It's almost 8" tall so it may or may not be a successful print without the brim.
It's a night and day difference with my Ender and Bambu. Even though it's a z screw on the Ender, there's only support in the rear of the plate, not the front. I think that is the reason for so much Z wobble.

Well, it failed. That last picture was about it. Shortly after that the nozzle clogged. :disappointed-face: I think I'm going to redesign it and make the airlift tube and the 90 two different pieces.

It was the supports that clogged the nozzle I'm pretty sure. The Airlifter was 5 grams of filament, the supports were 15 grams of filament.
Sometimes it’s easier to just design and print the ends that interface with pvc or pex pipe for the body.

Yeah. I'll probably print the 90 and then maybe a sleeve that slips inside.
