Use styrofoam .
Did you really have to shim it that much? Then its a tweaked frame, I'd not use it if its that much off.

+1^^^^^. I wouldn't use it if I couldn't level it with foam. 150g is a lot of weight

As long as the shims are under a weight bearing corner or upright and on a solid surface or floor you should be good. On one of my stands I used a table saw and ripped a tapered piece off a 2x4 four feet long that was like 3/4" on one end and tapered to nothing on the other so the entire length supported the weight and it filled the gap.

And its only shimmed about 1/4 to 3/8 it just looks higher because the plywood is up a lil more so it doesn't hit the floor.

Yeah the shims are under the 2x6s where the weight will be supported

CLR48, You said that your stand was perfectley level when you built it that you checked. I assume that was after you skinned and finished it. I wouldn't think that the stand is "Racked" or out of square at this point. You could check the floor or table it was built on to see if there level. Your picture shows it sitting on a wood floor. I would check to see if the floor is level. If it's not level than there's your problem. Shimming the stand to make it level is fine, but my bigger concern is if the floor is un-level what caused it and is it safe for that much weight ?
