I have a dwarf lion fish and a Tomini Tang. My LFS has a fu man chu lionfish would he be ok to add with the other lion about the same size? Also I’m looking at a powder blue or sail fin tang would that be ok being the tomini tang is already in place?

You can mix a fu man chu with either zebra or fuzzy dwarf.

Mixing tangs: what is the tank size?

go for one that looks completely different
but if you intend to add more in the future
and wish to one or similar
leave such as a sohal to last

That is what he is saying.

In general, mixing tangs goes better when you don't try to mix tangs in the same genus (kole & tomini, yellow & purple, powder blue & achilles, etc).

I would advise against the sailfin, as they get huge. Ideally, the powder blue would be in a 6' tank, but your 140 is borderline. A yellow, purple, or scopas would be better. Also, look into foxfaces for another option.
