2 grounding probes?

So if I put two grounding probes will that interfere w each other because I have electrical on both ends of the tank also it is a 75 gallon

They should not interfere with each other. Both provide separate paths to ground. Iirc, very large tanks can have a difference in voltage potential based on the amount of equipment, and distance between equipment.

Just make sure the 2 probes are connected close to each other, like on the same power strip.
