Hello Everyone

I have a 240 DT that flows in to the basement where there is another 240 Frag Tank.
This then flows to a 100G sump and then pumped back to the DT.

Over the years I have slowly ended up With a bare bottom tank. I just put four new bags of sand in the tank and also added some new pumps.

I Re did the rock scape and added acrylic shelves into the tank to support the rocks. I am now questioning if that is a good idea or not as it goes much better flow around the rocks but now you cannot access the sand to clean it. Has anybody ever done this and what happened?
