29 June Meeting Notice

Just wanting to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to attend. We will be meeting tomorrow at 2:00 at Pilgrim Coffee in Overland Park in the 'meeting room' and then possibly car pooling over to the Reef Rack for a store check out. We had our first meeting together this afternoon as the newly enacted KCRC at Pilgrim Coffee. There were three members that were in attendance: KCSUMPS, ScottieB and AlmondKC. Met for about two hours and surmised that we would like to work on having more regular meetings, visits to local Reef Stores, guest speakers whenever possible, look into group purchases and frag swaps. A good portion of the meeting today was sharing our current experiences with our systems - there is a real mix of systems from 45 gallon to 90 gallon up to 300 gallon systems. Impressive craftsmanship on the build of the stands and design of water change systems. More to come on the next meeting and the agenda for that meeting. The conversations regarding existing challenges and knowledge sharing was invaluable. @KCSUMPS and @ScottieB please add more clarity if you wish. Thanks for supporting the meeting.
