4-5 month old 29g all input is welcome still learning. Tank is definitely a work in progress, please ignore the SpongeBob house I got it as a Christmas gift and am looking to replace it with something natural I would also like to know of any medium/large plants for the left side.

Plants? Do you have a light that will support coral?

Im still hesitant on coral I would like to get a handle on things more and I don’t think my light is strong enough they also seem like a lot of extra work.
About the same as plants really. They eat what your fish do too. You should at least try a coral. I honestly started with green star polyps that I thought was a plant...they are pretty forgiving.

I would probably hold off until your tank is a year. They do better with a more mature tank. I would definitely try an easier soft coral. Do you know what type of light you have?

These are obviously entry level, but the reviews are decent, it has a low profile, and it would be a better option for your nem and some easier coral.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
