4 month old tank

So I haven’t turned the white lights on in about 3 weeks. We are coming up on the 4 month mark. How does this look? I’m still fighting diatoms but surprised to see the green.

nitrates are a little higher than I would like but no room for a fuge. So I guess I get what I can get.

I don’t see anything alarming , lower calcium a bit. Who says you don’t have room for a fuge? You could always add one into the display - rubber band a rock with chaeto
 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
