Has anyone used .5" bulkheads? I'm worried they would be difficult to plumb without a gurgling noise.

Edit: Plan on using them for an overflow

They are no different than any other bulkhead when installing and tuning. What application are you using the bulkhead for?

You shouldn't have an issue atall with noise depending on what overflow style you went with. Are you doing a Durso (Single Drain), Herbie (Dual drain) or Bean Animal (three drains)?

I'm thinking herbie or bean animal. I think it's going to be a pain to get the non-siphon pipe to be silent because it is small.
