I just got back from a two week vacation, my friend fed the fish, before I left there was a small ich outbreak, by the time I got back, a day after all the fish started dying,
2 anthias last night and a royal gramma, this morning a design clownfish and another anthias, I ordered copper power but UPS made a mistake and i have to wait another two days now till i get it, they all have white stomachs, the gramma looked like it's scales were falling off of it, I really need help lost around 300$ in fish just in 1 day,
my porcupine puffer has like webs on his eyes and he's very pale
is it brookynella? I have only had 1 fish death in 8 months and now 5 whole fish dying in 24 hours

Sorry to hear that!

We can’t really diagnose dead fish out of the water, can you get clear pictures/video of the remaining fish?
Are there invertebrates in the tank? Are they ok?

It could be that the ich infection ramped up while you were gone. It could also be a disease know as velvet. Brooklynella doesn’t usually affect every species of fish, just clowns and some others.

At this point, it sounds like copper would be your best choice, but to be honest, once fish loss has begun, there isn’t much time left for the remaining fish.

I think that probably the ich infection relapsed while you were gone. If ich isn’t 100% elminated through hypo or copper, the population of the parasite often spikes later on.

Agree with Jay on your scenario. At times, many aquarists are convinced that ich is gone when it has replased or dropped off for reproduction to come back in numbers. You stated that you think its velvet. If ich is properly aggressed, you should not get velvet so question is :
How did you treat/address the ich and for how long did you treat and what did you use for treatment?

also my porcupine puffer had like webs on his eyes, now it looks like his eyes went in, and he hasn't been eating for the past 3 days, he ate like 3 big shrimps 4 days ago and then some brineshrimp 3 days ago but hasn't ate since, while i was away for 2 weeks he was eating 3-4 krill superba's a day everyday, is he going to die? just dosed some copper to 0.5, will do another 0.5 in a few hours so it's 1ppm and then another 0.5 at night so 1.5ppm

pufferfish eyes have gone in and look cloudy, is this because of the copper? he seems to be struggling, copper is currently at 1.1ppm @Jay Hemdal

Sorry, I was traveling all day….

What test are you using for the copper power?

As I recall, the full dose is 2 ppm. Many people go up to 2.5 with severe infections.

Don’t ramp up slowly, get right to an accurate full dose right away. Copper takes a few days to work, and you are actively losing fish, so you need to act quickly.

Ramping up is not recommended. Increasing copper level slowly can allow the disease to gain resistance making it harder to treat given disease. Add partial doses and get to the full treatment level as soon as possible.

I'm going to dose the rest of the copper now, but my pufferfish looks like it's on it's last breath, he's not eating, he's swimming more today but his eyes has gone in an di think he's blind, he has not ate in the past 3 days even when i put the food right up to him, is that just because he's sick? will the extra copper kill him for sure? thinking of going to 2ppm and at night to 2.5

Yes, fish with advanced ich stop eating. Hopefully the copper can work fast enough.
coppersafe and copper power are fine with porcupine puffers - I had one in my quarantine system that lived in that system and went through many copper treatments with no issues.

the one reason i'm asking about dosing slow is becaue he seems to be unable to move his side bits but he is swimming around the tank more today, his eyes went in before copper

Dosing slow because the fish is acting sick is incorrect - you need to dose accurately but swiftly. As I said though, once fish loss has occurred, it is tough to stop.

If you’ll notice, in my posts, I gave provisional treatments, based on the fish having ich. That assessment was based on your observation that the fish had ich prior to your trip. If your observation was incorrect, and the fish didn’t have ich, the advice may or may not be appropriate.

The reason that I stress that is because I cannot independently confirm ich - the puffer’s cloudy eyes is common in late stage ich, but I cannot see individual spots on the fish.
