6 line wrasse pimple

Grabbed a six line wrasse from local lfs. Didn't noticed a either injury or pimple looking on his right side fin area. I noticed it popped deflated but has exposed flesh and seems little stressed.

New to reefing. Want to know what it is ... swimming normal just more timid today

I dont believe this is from an injury but rather bacterial. This is something that may have stemmed from netting injury but must be treated ASAP in a separate quarantine tank with either Seachem neoplex or Maracyn 2

How is the wrasse acting stressed?

Pending clearer pictures, I can't rule out Uronema, that is a common protozoan infection of newly acquired wrasses. Here is a write-up about that:
