Anybody else notice @907_Reefer jumped on but hasn't been to his thread or comment on his absence?

Haha I'm working through 118 notifications from the last week, y'all been busy :grinning-face-with-sweat:

Got a few updates/FTS coming later ;)

See what had happened was, I recorded the Daytona 500 last weekend and haven't been able to watch for a week, so I have been avoiding all TV and internet for spoilers, incase @Stang67 posted a picture of an upside down watermelon or something (which looks the same as a regular watermelon), but now I have watched the most anti-climactic Daytona 500 finish ever so we are back on track here :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Alrighty, few updates for today!

Been in the market for a Royal Gramma and a fee Bangaiis, no dice yet but I did add a Starry Blenny. First 48 hours with the Mel were interesting, there was an obvious territory debate (chasing, flashing) but all has settled and no shenanigans since! The Melanurus has been with us since 6/29/22.

Levels have been high in the tank lately so I did pull the auto feeder to clean and have been manually feeding to better monitor. Don't get me wrong though I love the Avast feeder and it will be back in shortly. Phos 0.90+, Alk ~11, Nitrate 40-50. Weekly 15% water changes continue..

Skimmer is back on for a week or so solid as well! Haven't been able to run it since October so I'll be checking levels again this week to see if any changes present.

Current stocking list:

Melanurus
2 Ocellaris Clowns
Pistol Shrimp
Yellow Watchman Goby
Starry Blenny
Buncha crabs and snails

Some corals have not recovered much since the move, Duncans are not happy which is surprising to me. Frogspawn which has been a trooper for almost 2 years did receed a bit also but seems to be hanging on. Torch is good, mushrooms are good, Tubastraea and Blastos seem happy when they're not battling asterinas..

Finally got my wall art back up as well..

I use their Reef Jerky, which the fish absolutely love (on batch #3). I don't attribute that to any problems, just reducing inputs temporarily while I have the skimmer back online, quasi reset/simplify type of thing to see if I can nonchalantly stabilize some levels and/or figure out why some corals are not super excited..

But Atlanta made up for it.

Ps. I won't post spoilers on here. I do love me some Ross Chastain though.
