I have a 180 gallon tank and everything in it has ich. I tried increasing temp, herbtana and hypo-salinity. I need the last ditch effort. I don’t have any corals or expensive inverts. I want to kill the ich ASAP not looking for long term solutions. Thanks!

First, don’t raise the temperature above 80F. Raising temperature was an old school treatment for FW ich, but marine ich is a different species. Herbal treatments rarely work in treating moderate to advanced cases of ich.
Hyposalinity works, but you need to go very low, to a specific gravity of 1.009 most invertebrates cannot survive that.
Copper with a good test kit is the best treatment, but it will kill your inverts and may bind with your live rock, possibly harming inverts in the future.
If you can post some pic or video, I can get a better sense of how severe the infection is.

Look up tank transfer method. You need a QT/hospital tank, but it is proven and will absolutely work if executed properly

After some more research I am starting to believe this is marine velvet. I will snap some pics

One way to help tell ich apart from velvet is the relative breathing rate of the fish. Externally, late stage ich can resemble velvet, but velvet kills the fish faster, and always results in very rapid breathing, and you often see the fish hover in the output of the pumps.

Difficult to see from the pics, the fish are showing diffuse spots, which, if it is ich, is pretty late stage.
