Depends on the element. Iron, manganese and alkalinity might need retesting in 1-4 days since they can deplete rapidly, calcium in a few days to a week, and magnesium in a month or more since it depletes very slowly.

In this instance, Alkalinity and Calcium. I was thinking 5 days.

for me, dialing in alk requires daily at first. Ca more like 5 days to a week to see any movement.
