I have the innovative marine all in one 20 gallon peninsula with two 30 in AI blades (glow/grow). I am dealing with hair algae overload and need advice on settings. I am almost positive I am overdoing it with lighting. Help!

Those light settings don't seem to extreme to me.

The first place I would look is at your water quality, primarily NO3 and PO4 levels.

If you are doing water changes, hit all the hair algae with a tooth brush before your next water change and siphon it out. Keep repeating this while you get/keep your nutrients under control.

Agree with poster above. I ran 50% on reverting, 20% whites on a 40B, six inches the water. No issues whatsoever.
