It appears that I have several different types of algae going on in my 65g. The tank has been fallow for about 2.5 weeks and I feed reef roids to the few corals I have once a week. I know I have Bryopsis (probably can’t see in the pics) and GHA. Is there another kind I’m missing in there? I’m am getting an algae scrubber tomorrow and I’ll be eventually putting in a UV and running slow for parasites. I have added a ton of CUC consisting of turbos, Ruby Mithrax Crabs, Astraea Snails, assorted Hermit Crabs, Dwarf Ceriths, Florida Ceriths, and Nassarius snails in the last week. Also have a pincushion urchin. I also run my AI 32s on the Saxby settings. Just seems that I pull a ton off and it’s back the next day or so.

My questions are:
What kind of algae do I have?
What is better to feed corals than reef roids to not add phosphates or not as much?
Any better ideas on light settings?
Any other advice?
