Alkalinity supplement has crystallized and I can’t get it all to dissolve can I still use it?

Use a heater. This is the case with b ionic at least. I pit a heater in it and set it as high as it would go. I think 92. It disolved in a couple hours. I buy the buckets so that makes it easy.

So long as the solution isn't contaminated, it should be fine. They don't actually go bad. Due to the high concentration, crystals can form. Warming the solution up and remixing can dissolve the crystals. :)
