I ordered a Reef Factory Flare light and mounting arm from you guys cause it said it usually ships in 2 days. It's been processing for 6 days now and I've sent 3 emails inquiring about status. So y'all got time to post stuff on here but not answer emails pertaining to actual $450 orders? I just want to know what's going on with my light and when can I expect it? Kind of a crappy way to treat a new client who took a chance on an unknown vendor if you ask me. I wouldn't have posted this, but emails don't do much good.
