What T5 bulbs would be reccomend to supplement a 2×250 watt metal halide fixture? I'm using 10k bulbs with 2 65 watt power compact bulbs that are 420nm. I am also going to hang a 4 48" Aquaticlife T5 fixture above the tank to boost the light intensity. My end goal is to keep clams and some higher light corals. I was thinking either two 10 or 14k KZ and two more actinic to balance it out. I'm not a fan of the blue light that is so popular now. Would this combo be overly blue? I'm ok with a hint of blue light just not dominant.

With any of those your tank will have a tint of blue at most. None are gonna give it that goofy Smurf Berry look people seem to love now.

Im ok with a slight hint of blue. Would this combo be enough for tridacna clams at a 24-26" depth?

Depends where it is positioned. Short answer is more than enough. Even the MH alone should work. Had a Maxima under straight 250w MH for several years. Went from maybe 40mm to over 150mm in that time before I sold it.
