Looks great, thanks! For the 3075 piece, do I drill it to mount to the wall or is there a gusset option for it?

I didn't see any 90* brackets that would work on the ends for this like I would use on 1515. I guess you could just drill through and use some lag bolts or you could use 4367 plates mounted with two of the holes past the ends of the 3075 with lag bolts going through the overhanging holes.
Take a look at the 80/20 website. All the pieces are there along with detailed dimensions. Maybe you could find a better solution.
(After thought, also add 2 pieces of Part # 2037 for the top and bottom of the 3075 piece)

Going with the lag bolt method. I order the parts early. Some from 8020.net and the rest from tnutz.com.
