Anyone sure what this worm looking thing is on my mushrooms?

Sorry for the bad quality my phone isn't the best but there's a couple worms on my mushroom slab and I'm not sure what they are. They have a white thing moving up and down the inside of them and their mouth part is just an open hole thing
Not really sure how to explain it. Just want to make sure it's not damaging anything.

Harmless, but you might want to pull it and scape the algae off gently
