Anyone with Bluethroat Trigger experience

I have a male and female bluethroat trigger. The female is picking on the male. It's to the point where the male stays hidden in the rock work all the time. I would like for them to be come a mates pair (wishful thinkin) but if they would just get along I would be happy.
