How are you programming it, via web? If so, just name the outlets under Configuration --> Outlet Setup. Select the outlet that you want (they are numbered by module#_outlet number...ie: Pump1_4_3, where Pump1 is just a description, 4 is the module number, and 1 is the outlet number), and rename it under the Outlet Name. It doesn't have to include the outlet numbers or whatever, you can name it MH1 if you want. Then select Light as the Control Type. It'll change the bottom options for you, giving you an On Time, Off Time, and more.

If you are doing advanced programming, select Advanced for the Control Type, and use something like this:

Fallback off
Set off
If Time 03:00 to 11:00 Then ON
If Temp > 81.0 Then OFF
Min Time 30:00 Then OFF

Descriptions Below:

Fallback off
Set off (Default setting is Off)
If Time 03:00 to 11:00 Then ON (Turns Light on from 3AM to 11AM)
If Temp > 81.0 Then OFF (Turns Light Off if Temp is greater than 81)
Min Time 30:00 Then OFF (Prevents the Lights from turning on and off to often)

Also, if you are doing via web, most of the other outlet types are self-expanatory. If you select the Control Type to be Heater for your heater, it'll give you options fo On Temp , which would be 74 for you, and the Off temp (the temp that you want the heater to turn off) which would be 77 for you. Same thing for the Chiller, On Temp would be your high temp which in your case would be 80 and off temp would be 78.
