Apex issue with new phone

I’m having an issue in the fusion app for Apex. I got a new phone today. Though all of my apps transferred over, when I logged into apex fusion im being guided as if im a new user creating the account for a new aquarium.

My aquarium and dashboard are missing that Ive been using for over 2 years. When I go on the apex fusion website and click to link an apex, i get no token code to enter.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and have a solution?
