What's the plan if UPS strikes?

My dad is a Teamsters steward for his local. He works for Yellow but Teamsters all talk all the time. I asked him about this last week and he said that 90% of the UPS contract is agreed on and they just have a few details to hammer out, so it won’t go to a strike.

The next one coming is the Yellow freight contract and this is going to be a major problem. Won’t affect stuff like overnight delivery because Yellow doesn’t deal in the same type of freight. The company isn’t willing to come to the table, and Yellow is the largest freight company in the US. It’s going to be a problem.
