Are LD-3’s easily penetrated by water?

I’ve searched for the answer but can’t find an answer. Today, while working in my water room I dropped a bucked of RO. It was about 2.5Gs. The way it fell the entire bucket dumped on my LD-3. It instantly closed and did its jump. After cleaning the floor and drying it off it wouldn’t go to open. Upon inspection the entire device is filled with water. Bizarre… Anyone else have an LD-3 fail like this before?
