Assistance with water changes and photo uploads.

I am new at this so how can I put pictures up from my phone and with the sump tank fish tank it's little bit over 300gal. If I take 25gals water out every 2 weeks is that a big enough water change for the sizes of my tank

Ok, do you see an upload a file option next to the post reply bar? After the upload a file, youll have to dig throught your device folder to where your pictures are located

Where it says upload file... click that and then pick the picture you want to upload. It should automatically do it for you. Your water changes would depend on your setup... filtration, amount and types of fish, the amount of food you are putting into the tank, and what kind of corals you may or may not be keeping. Generally a 10% water change once a week is fine OR 20% every two weeks.
