do you think you need more light???

what MH bulbs are you using? and what ballast?
I don't think I need more light, I just feel like trying something different.
Right now I'm using 2-250watt 14k phoenix bulbs on a icecap ballast with 2-39watt t5 super actinics also run on an icecap ballast.

well, if you want to try something different......I would suggest switching over to SE fixtures and bulbs. keep the ballasts you are running....and just get a new reflector, some SE fixtures........and then try some SE Aquaconnect 14k bulbs.......they are PAR monsters.....very good for an sps tank.

i would try some other bulbs in place of the actinic, maybe a blueplus and a aquablue. the pheonix has a lot of blue, combine that with actinic and you're loaded with blue.
