Just wanted to take a minute to talk about my recent experience with Aquatic Life's products and customer service - It's great! Bottom line.
Without going into to much detail, I recently had some issues with a ballast on my 24" T5 Hybrid fixture. Dave and Mike where the people I was in contact with via email the entire time. Dave was always responsive to my emails, questions, and concerns. He even went through the process of trying to diagnose the issue I was having with things I should try.
Ultimately the issue could not be resolved on my end so they ended up sending me a new ballast to replace the faulty one. Top notch customer service! You've got a customer for life and I'll be sure to recommend you to friends and family.
New ballast is in, lights are staying on, corals and fish are happy & so am I
