Have got this flame wrasse from DD 1 1/2 wks ago. I noticed a white spot (not ick) on top when he first arrive. Today it seems a bit bigger (looks ulcerated). He's eating well and still pretty shy. He only comes out when there is food. I've started General Cure today. Would this be enough of do I need Furan-2 or Kanaplex? Thanks. Sorry for the bad picture.

It's hard to tell in the pic. If you suspect a bacterial infection, I would definitely get the fish into a QT with ABX. Either the trifecta like you mentioned or NFG. I have used both with much success.
