Does this look like Black ich? I treated with PraziPro and they went away on the first day. But then it returned a day or so later. My LFS said to give another doze (which I did 5 days later) and then he advised to do water change and Carbon then treat with Ick X (in case regular white ich comes). Also of note, My Foxface doesn’t appear to have any back or white dots and seems fine. Now However neither fish is eating. Im concerned on what to do next? This is my QT. I was thinking of hyposalinity to 1.009 and maybe PraziPro again for next 10days. ???

Hi, welcome to Reef2Reef!

Black ich, turbellarians won’t cause a lack of feeding until very late in the infection. Since the fox face doesn’t have spots, something else is going on here. Can you post your water quality parameters? Can you tell if the fish are breathing fast? Did the fish stop feeding before or after the Ich-X?
