Branching and meteor shower Cyphastrea near each other

My meteor shower is really taking off and spreading quite a bit. Nearby I have a branching Cyphastrea. Will the meteor shower grow around the branching Cyphastrea or will they start fighting?

They may start fighting. That said, Cyphastrea is not overly aggressive so keep an eye on it but likely nothing will happen. If it does, you'll either want to move the branching or chisele back the meteor shower.
